South Coast Boardriders

​

The South Coast Boardriders, SCBR, founded in 1986, has a long history of supporting local talent. With 100+ members including the junior club "SCBR Groms" for kids aged 16 years and under. We are the reining 2017 South Australian Boardriders Champions with many of our surfers being current and past SA Champions.

 

Members that have represented Australia in the ISA World Titles include:

Luke Horlin-Smith, Khai Adams and Tayla Hanak .

While, Max Longhurst, Tayla Hanak and Ellie Francis are competing on the

WSL QS Pro Surfing Tour.

 

Open Club Champions 2017: Mens- Alex Rix and Womens- Dimity Payne.

Life Members: Steve "Rocky" Harrison, David "Fox" Broadbent,

Luke Horlin-Smith, Aaron Woods, Joe Brayford, Luke Taylor, Phillip

Rogers and Vance Gordon.
